I do and love it all, but for the last three years I've been focussing on front-end development. My favorite projects are those that challenge me to find new ways to push the responsive envelope. Efficient DRY programming solutions are always the holy grail, and with the adoption of LESS and SASS mixins and the exponential list of JS libraries, it's never been so fun trying to achieve them!
The ACFE sends out numerous eblasts and newsletters to a predominately Outlook-loving user group. Until recently that meant tables, tables and more tables… with little room for design fun unless you weren’t worried about images not loading. However, a year ago responsive web design hit the world of email, and these projects have never been the same; don’t get me wrong, there are still lines and lines of tables, but it’s what you can do with them now that matters. Not only will my templates not break in Outlook or any other standard email client, they display beautifully on mobile devices.
